About us

Established in August, 2003, the Language Center of National Central University strives for creating an enriching foreign language learning environment and curriculum school-wide.

The Center is responsible for the planning and designing of foreign language courses, including Freshman English, English elective courses, Chinese as a foreign language courses, as well as electives in other foreign languages.

In addition to offering courses, the Center is in charge of promoting language teaching innovation projects, as well as enhancing language education via competitions and language proficiency tests, with the goal to create a bilingual immersion environment for students and faculty at NCU.
